Should I tell the boss that his daughter is a useless trainee?

She is surly, a sloppy worker and comes and goes as she pleases. I'd have recommended getting rid of her long ago – but seeing as she's the MD's daughter, I suspect she'll be staying. Do any readers have any advice or experience of dealing with such a delicate situation? What are your thoughts?
