Big Brother 2010: final series to begin with 'too many housemates' twist
The 11th and final series of Big Brother will launch on Channel 4 on Wednesday 9 June at 9pm. This year's twist to the Big Brother format will be that more people will be selected as housemates than the house can hold. The wannabe housemates will find out live, in front of the launch night crowd outside the Big Brother studio in Elstree, north west London, from presenter Davina McCall whether they have been selected to take part in the final series. Those not selected will be sent home, according to Channel 4. As a warm up for the final series, Big Brother Exposed: The Inside Story, a documentary looking back at the show over the past 10 years, will be broadcast on E4 on Friday at 11.05pm. • To contact the MediaGuardian news desk email [email protected] or phone 020 3353 3857.
