IPC completes Loaded sale to Vitality

IPC Media has completed the sale of four magazines, including lads' title Loaded, to Vitality Publishing. Vitality, which publishes Women's Fitness and gay lifestyle title Attitude , has also acquired Superbike, horoscope title Prediction and Hair magazine. The titles will be acquired immediately with no interruption in the publishing cycle.
