Meet the New York ballerina who tweets during the interval

Ever wondered whether a ballerina is thinking about her next meal rather than her next pirouette? Follow New York City Ballet dancer Ashley Bouder's Twitter feed, and you can find out: among musings on New York cab drivers and Starbucks lattes there is the odd live tweet posted during an interval. "Odette act II was OK today, mild foot cramps though. Yuck yuck," ran Bouder's recent mid-performance assessment of Swan Lake, in which she dances both the Swan Queen, Odette, and her wicked doppelganger, Odile. Bouder concluded: "On to Odile. Going for evil sexy tonight."
