Student cookbook: Frozen lemon vodka martinis

A quick way to impress your mates at parties, and possibly the easiest recipe in the world. Serves: 4 Cooking time: 20 mins 1 tub lemon sorbet 1 bottle vodka, frozen Just put the sorbet and the vodka in the freezer for a few hours – if you've got space in the freezer, put your glasses in there too (martini glasses look especially cool). Take the sorbet out about 20 minutes before serving, so that it softens a little. Put a couple of scoops in each glass and pour a shot of ice-cold vodka over the top.
