How Colin McKeown flushed out Dominic West

Ebullient producer Colin McKeown explained at the launch of the second series of BBC daytime drama Moving On how he got The Wire star Dominic West to direct an episode. "We went to Bafta and I was in the loo and there he was... a captive audience. He couldn't move. I hassled and hustled him." LA Productions chairman McKeown also said he hopes a third series of Moving On will be commissioned and has put "the thumbscrews" on Harry Potter star Jason Isaacs to take part. McKeown then revealed, to some gasps from the female attendees, that Isaacs was in the audience at the launch at the Soho Hotel. "He wants to direct, write and act in it," said McKeown. "All for the price of one," shouted Issacs from the back of the auditorium. How can the BBC refuse?
