Treasury spent £9.9m with Fujitsu

Figures released to Kable under Freedom of Information by the department show that the technology firm came fourth on its supplier list after Royal Mint, Exchequer Partnership and law firm Slaughter and May. Trustmarque Solutions came 18th with £910,365 of spending during 2009-10. The data shows that the department spent a total of £143.6m with its top 100 suppliers in the last financial year and expended £148.1m with all its vendors during the same period. Other IT suppliers featuring on HM Treasury's 2009-10 list include Cable & Wireless, which received £466,595, Vodafone (£313,700); Capgemini (£271,170); Computacenter (£267,245); and Virgin media (£244,118). The department also lists £199,833 of expenditure to Specialist Computer Centres; £170, 888 to Logica; £155,542 to BT; £117,595 to G4S Technology; £89,211 to Capita Group; £75,590 to 2e2 Data Management; and £64,520 to LexisNexis Butterworths.
