Thousands flock to Kirkstall Festival: Slideshow

About 10,000 people took advantage of the glorious weather and attended one of the largest community festivals in Leeds this weekend. The 30th annual Kirkstall Festival saw people from across Leeds make their way to the historic grounds of 12th century Kirkstall Abbey. The event featured a fairground; more than 100 stalls from local groups, organisations and charities; displays including cheerleaders, stunt bikes and birds of prey; horse rides; animals; comedy and music and food and drink. Were you at Kirkstall Festival or Holbeck Gala this weekend? Add your pictures to the Guardian Leeds Flickr group and I'll use a selection on this blog.
