Mirror staff to vote again over strike

Mirror group staff represented by the British Association of Journalists have agreed to a new strike ballot after Trinity Mirror management threatened to go to law to challenge the original ballot. Despite up to 50 staff across the three titles - Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror and The People - having applied for voluntary redundancy, and several having already left the company, the BAJ journalists are determined to fight plans for mandatory redundancies.
