Media Talk: All change at BBC radio

It's another busy edition of Media Talk , with Stephen Brook at the helm. We begin with the changes at BBC radio. Chris Evans, Simon Mayo and Richard Bacon all started their new gigs this week – as did the much-less-heralded Gaby Logan and Tony Livesey, it should be said – and Paul Robinson and John Plunkett are here to deliver their verdicts on the new sounds of Radio 2 and Radio 5 Live. Also in the podcast, as Google sends a shockwave through the internet by threatening to pull out of China – Kevin Anderson tells us what it means for censorship, blogging, and freedom of information. There's more on this too in the new edition of Media Talk USA . Plus, Maggie Brown gives her take on the rumours that Rod Liddle is set to appointed as the new editor of the Independent. Finally, with Harry Hill in big-money talks to join Sky and Simon Cowell heading to America, we ask: is ITV's worst nightmare actually coming true? Have a listen to the show, and post your comments on the blog below.
