Lord Terry Burns to step down from Pearson board

Lord Terry Burns, the new chairman of Channel 4, is to step down from the board of Financial Times publisher Pearson . Burns, who has been a non-executive director of Pearson since 1999, and the senior independent director since 2004, will retire on 30 April.
