Citicard's dragging its heels over software bill
For many years I have had a Citi credit card with an unblemished credit record and no history of challenging transactions, until now. I tried to buy software on the internet from the private investigation firm, Infidelity Detectives. Two weeks later the software hadn't arrived and I cancelled the order, but I was still charged £699. I took this up with Citicard but four months later the charge plus interest is still on my bill. RF, Lewes, East Sussex Citicard had to give the retailer 90 days to respond to this dispute. The retailer failed to provide the information requested within that time so Citicard has now removed the £699 and the interest from your account.
