This month Helen Pidd pedals over to Westminster to join the MPs on the annual All-Party Parliamentary bike ride. She asks Lib Dem transport minister Norman Baker how he is going to support cycling now all the money has run out; meets the bicycling baronet, Sir George Young, and encounters a rather angry Ben Bradshaw.
