Show and Tell: Kate Nash

I bring Fluffy most places that I can if I’m working. She’s very good with people and I don’t like to leave her alone. Bunny rabbits can get depressed without company. We made a screen print of her, too, and used it in the album artwork Photograph: Kate Nash With Ryan and Wez on the shoot for the video “Kiss That Grrrl”. It’s based on a documentary I saw over Christmas that I became a bit obsessed with called Cat Dancers, and it’s dedicated to them Photograph: Kate Nash In New York doing a feature for Black Book magazine, we went to Brooklyn Bowl. They had all these crazy skittle dolls everywhere Photograph: Kate Nash Last show of the US tour, at the El Rey in LA. I think it was probably the best gig ever. I joined Supercute, we all sang “Brand New Key”, a girl asked me to marry her, and about 30 people jumped onstage to dance. Photograph: Kate Nash Honest Ed’s in Toronto is the most incredible shop I’ve ever been to. It looks like the 50s and sells everything you can think of Photograph: Kate Nash The Trachtenburg Family Slideshow Players are the most wonderful creatures. We went for white tea and a catch-up with Jason. He makes Trachtenburgers for tea Photograph: Kate Nash I got sent this picture of my dogs, Max and Molly, while I was away on my North American tour. They’re brother and sister and the best of friends Photograph: Kate Nash These are some of my stage clothes. I worked with Co-operative Designs to make stuff that would be fun, comfortable for movement and look good from a distance Photograph: Kate Nash
