108 Steps, Macclesfield . Known locally as the '108 steps' this spookly lit line of steps leads up from Water's Green to the parish church in Macclesfield. Always wanted to try and capture the Manchester Wheel, this is the best from my top 6 ! The lights in the Selfridges windows change every few seconds which adds some nice contrast. This shot of Runcorn Bridge at night is taken from the unlit portion of walkway alongside the bridge on the Runcorn town side. Attached to the railings are several new bunches of flowers and roses, remembering those who have sadly taken their life from the bridge.
