Keeping the kids happy during school holidays can often become a parent's nightmare. A trip to the zoo used to be one sure-fire way of pleasing the whole family, regardless of age. But these days, even that can't be guaranteed. The little boy above is complaining bitterly about only having seen "the gentle animals".
