The pick of Europe's art deco hotels

Burgh Island Hotel, Devon This art deco gem was built in 1929 and has been restored to recapture its 1930s heyday. Look out for retro radios, authentic furniture, original pictures, news clippings and archive photographs. • Bigbury-on-Sea, Devon (01548 810514, burghisland.com ).
