The Sun, meanwhile, which broke the Peppa story yesterday , determines that Upsy Daisy is Green, Bob the Builder a Tory, along with Thomas the Tank Engine - what, even after rail privatisation? - and Dora the Explorer a Lib Dem, on the grounds that she's foreign.
