Media Talk: John Terry and the superinjunction

This week on Media Talk, another superinjunction bites the dust. This time it concerns not an oil trader but a sports star. John Terry's affair with the former lover of a team-mate is revealed : but should newspapers have the right to print the story? Coincidentally, the restrictions on the British press were discussed in a seminar at Gray's Inn Chambers in London: we hear from tabloid target Max Mosley and former director of public prosecutions Sir Ken Macdonald . Also in this week's podcast, we look at the Tories' plans to reform the regulation of the BBC . And John Plunkett is on hand to discuss the decline in digital radio listening . The panel this week is editor of the MediaGuardian print section, Jane Martinson , and the deputy editor of MediaGuardian.co.uk, Stephen Brook .
