Storm

This international thriller stars Kerry Fox as an idealistic prosecutor for the International Criminal Court gathering evidence against a genocidal Serbian general being brought to trial in the Hague. Unfortunately, her witnesses are being intimidated and diplomats are less concerned with pursuing old cases than with smoothing the way for countries from the former Yugoslavia to enter the EU. It's a disappointing follow-up to its German director's 2006 psychological study Requiem .
