Elizabeth Taylor 'to wed for ninth time'

Screen legend Elizabeth Taylor is reportedly engaged to the Hollywood agent Jason Winters, according to USmagazine.com . No date has been set, but it would be Taylor's ninth marriage. A source told the magazine: "It's no secret that they've been together forever and are in love, so it wouldn't be a surprise if they were engaged. Right now they are keeping it between them." Winters, 49, who recently signed up to represent Janet Jackson, would be the 78-year-old Taylor's eighth husband; she married Richard Burton twice. The couple, who met through Jackson's late brother, Michael, have been friends for some years and went on a holiday to Hawaii in 2007, along with Winters's business partner Erik Sterling. Taylor described her betrothed to gossip columnist Liz Smith as "one of the most wonderful men I have ever known". The actor has been single since her divorce from construction worker Larry Fortensky in 1996.
