Leeds today: Haunted pubs, new city ambassador and Beeston's blue plaque

Good morning, Leeds. At 2.30pm today there will be a protest outside Leeds Civic Hall of Libyans against Muammar Gaddafi's ailing regime . The protest will last an hour before protesters march up to the University of Leeds. I'll be following the protest. What's making Leeds tick today?
