It's an organic gastro pub in London's Islington that's won much praise for its sustainable approach to food. The menu is full of hearty, rustic dishes with a strong Mediterranean influence. The food is 100% seasonal and most of the ingredients are sourced in London and the Home Counties You could win dinner for four at what is the only pub of its kind in the UK to receive a Soil Association certificate.
