Next Saturday sees the launch of Guardian Money's consumer champions who will fight for your rights, ­battle against shoddy service and ­expose financial scams. The award-winning duo of Lisa Bachelor and Miles Brignall have long experience as campaigning consumer journalists on the Guardian and the Observer. Bachelor has, in the past, exposed the truth behind spurious debt-help plans and insurance companies that fail to stand by their promises. Brignall has detailed the cowboy tactics of broadband, mobile and landline operators, and revealed pricing irregularities at Britain's energy suppliers. Whether it's getting to grips with your endowment or pension woes, tackling telecom and utility companies, or just plain bad service from shops and businesses, Bachelor and Brignall will be here to help.
