Don't destroy the PCC - reform it instead

What is to be done about press regulation? The prime minister, deputy prime minister and opposition leader all believe the Press Complaints Commission needs replacing. But with what? It's easy to criticise the PCC - and I've certainly done that - but it would be foolish to ditch it in its entirety. Instead, it needs radical reform, and that's what I advocate in my column in today's London Evening Standard.
