Kiefer Sutherland may play one of the toughest, most manly guys on television, but yesterday he appeared on the David Letterman show wearing a green dress after losing a bet with a friend over American football. The actor, who plays government agent Jack Bauer in 24, told Letterman: I was so sure New England was going to win, that I told a guy who used to be my friend that if New England lost, I would wear a dress on Letterman.
