Cardiff today: LDP plan decision and making a Cardifference
Morning all! Today the executive business committee will meet to discuss the next steps for the draft delivery agreement for the local development plan – if that sounds like gibberish to you make sure you read our earlier post here . The plan for the LDP will determine how Cardiff will develop for the next 15 years. We'll bring you news from the meeting on the blog later today. Vale of Glamorgan council has said St Cyres school in Penarth will remain closed today following damage to the electrics after flooding this week. The Pentwyn partnerships and communities meeting will take place today at 7pm at St David's Primary School. What's making Cardiff tick today? In the news, South Wales Police have admitted to using 'kettling' policing techniques at the Unite Against Fascism and Welsh Defence League protests in the city earlier this year.
