The real science of sleep
A review of the scientific research has concluded that regularly sleeping for less than six hours a night can lead to premature death. Too much sleep can also be bad for you. The ideal amount is six to eight hours, according to the report. So tell us, do you wake up fresh as a daisy, or are you suffering from too little (or too much) sleep?
