Two men charged with murder of Cardiff teenager

Two men appeared in court today charged with the murder of a teenager who was stabbed to death in front of his parents. Aamir Saddiqi, 17, was allegedly attacked when he answered the door of his home in Roath, Cardiff, on 11 April. Jason Richards, 35, and Ben Hope, 36, spoke only to confirm their identities during a brief appearance at Cardiff magistrates court. They were remanded in custody to appear at Cardiff crown court on Wednesday. They are also charged with the attempted murder of Aamir's parents, aged 55 and 68, who were injured in the same incident.
