Leeds today - hungry twitterati, incinerator campaign and William Hill

Good morning, Leeds! A little taste of Asia will be coming to the outdoor market today as the ' Bazaar at Leeds Kirkgate Market ' will compliment the recently introduced all day Wednesday opening of the indoor market. Traditional bhangra dancers, Waris Punjab De and Dhol player Rani Taj, wil mark the launch at 1pm today. Here's what's making Leeds tick today More Leeds Labour Leadership Hustings: Up Close & Personal is the headline of a post by Leeds Labour blogger Bryony Victoria King, who writes about the recent women's conference and Labour leadership hustings in Leeds. Bryony's fun online Labour leadership poll sees David Miliband ahead with 50 per cent of the vote. Morley and Outwood MP Ed Balls is currently last with five per cent. Rewriting history? is the title of a post over at the No2incinerator campaign's blog in East Leeds. Seems like the campaigners there aren't overly impressed with a recent Liberal Democrat leaflet... The group has organised its next public meeting for 13 September, 7pm, at Richmond Hill Primary School, Clark Crescent where it aims to put a number of questions to council officials. Leeds's twitterati are a hungry bunch. Food blogger Katie Bolton at Leeds Grub put a call out on the microblogging platform for people to come forward and tell her their favourite places to eat lunch in Leeds - and people weren't slow at coming forward.
