Cardiff today - Obama and the tardis, and pac-man moons

Good morning Cardiff! Today the final part of the Pont Y Werin bridge will be lifted into place by the UK's largest crane – we've got a photo gallery coming to you this morning. At County Hall the community and adults services committee will take place at 4.30pm. Last night we held a bloggers meet up with Nicky Getgood from Talk About Local – we'll bring you any news from the evening here. In the news, a waste treatment facility in Cardiff docks has been suspended after the environment agency raised concerns about the waste build up and said it posed a threat to the city.
