Just wanted to know the legal implications of a sitting president signing a bill – say, one maintaining tax cuts for the rich – with disappearing ink. It was Biden's idea, but I thought it might be a nice gesture of protest, something to laugh about on the Daily Show Christmas special. Would it actually invalidate the bill, or what?
